As the DJ who helped create London’s famous Blitz Club scene, Rusty was at the heart of the New Romantic explosion that launched artists including Spandau Ballet, Visage and Boy George. Rusty later teamed up with Steve Strange and Midge Ure to form Visage enjoying international success with the 1980 classic Fade To Grey. Rusty will be playing a setlist of classic 80s songs that shaped the decade.

Our brand-new Youth Dance Company is designed to get young people creating, dancing, and collaborating. Lowther Dance, aims to create and perform innovative and influential dance, bringing together some of the brightest dance talent from across Lancashire to work with internationally renowned Associate Artists and visiting companies.

The company aims to develop confidence and physical ability in contemporary dance, inspire creativity, technicality and musicality, encourage choreographic input and offer high quality performance opportunities.
