Coffee, croissants and creativity! Discover nature inspired linocut art with me over a dreamy breakfast at the Creative Brunch Club at Patch Bournemouth on Sunday 28th June 9.30 - 12.30

Enjoy a slow Sunday morning filling up your creative cup. A beautiful breakfast, inspiring conversation and workshop await. Good food, inspiring surroundings and a pause to learn something new.

New Workshop Launch...
New Print Club dates have been added to the website ready to book now. Beginners, Intermediate and a new Full Day Ticket that includes both 2 hour sessions across 5 weeks.

There are places available for Lino Stamp Making at Coda Music and Arts Centre on the 20th June - the perfect option for honing your printing skills by practising on smaller pieces and playing with inking up in different combinations.

Print Your Pet has a few tickets remaining. Learn how to take an image of your beloved friend from photo to hand print by way of lino carving in this fun and personal day long workshop.

Lastly, I am delighted to be teaching in the stunning Exbury Gardens during the Cowprint Artist Group's annual printmaking exhibition. Ticket includes a delicious lunch at Mr Eddy's Restaurant.

I'm taking part in Dorset Art Weeks.

The resident artists at Coda Music and Arts Centre will be opening our studios during Dorset Art Weeks from Saturday 23rd May - Sunday 7th June.
We'll be running some extra workshops too. Some of them are free! 🙃

I'll be at the Wi******er Print Fair on Sunday 17th May. Come and see me at the Cowprint stand where I'll be proudly showing my work amongst my talented friends' varied and beautiful prints.

The fair runs for the whole weekend and showcases work from the best local printmakers. Tickets are free. Opening hours are 10.30 - 4.30. Come and see me!

I will be teaching a very special workshop on Wednesday 6th May. I'm lucky enough to be teaching inside the beautiful Cloth Fox boutique on St. Thomas Street in Lymington.

Join me to learn how to carve stamps from soft cut lino to print onto gorgeous fabric patches. you can take these away and use them to quilt, add to clothing or frame as a piece of art.

An update for you on the fab workshops I have coming up...

🎨I still have a couple of spaces left on each of the Print Clubs if you'd like to immerse yourself in 2 hours a week of fun and friendly lino printing.

🌷I'll be on the road too - teaching lino printing fabric patches at the goregous Cloth Fox in Lymington and the stunning Exbury Gardens.

Why do I still choose to print by hand in 2026?

Because by working with my hands I'm returning from the 'cloud', the 'twittersphere', the virtual world, back to the physical one. I'm also focusing my mind on a task rather than continuous thoughts.

Lino printing is so good for my health. It's easy to live in the intangible online world. I hope everyone has the opportunity to work with their hands and find their place in the real world.
