Workshops and courses coming up:

The autumn and winter term dates are now available for Print Club. Join me for 2 hours a week for 5 weeks. It's a great way to learn how to print with lino in a series of relaxed and creative sessions.

Learn how to print with lino and create a beautiful finished piece inspired by the favourite part of your garden on a full day workshop on the 6th September.

Christmas workshops are now live and taking bookings. The greetings cards day is only half full so grab your space if you'd like to join me.

All sessions take place at the fabulous Coda Music and Arts Centre and can be booked on my website at www.katesmithprints.co.uk

We are currently getting ready for Hampshire Open Studios at Coda Music and Arts Trust. We'll be open from 22nd to 31st August (11am-4pm)
There are many taster workshops and events planned by the studio artists so please check these out on the Coda website as spaces go quickly!!

Introducing the members of Common Ground Studios taking part in Hampshire Open Studios...

Rachel Palmer and Sally Ovenden will be showcasing their stunning ceramics. Kate Smith is bringing her colourful linocut prints. Lucy Bramley will be installing her gorgeous glass creations and Sarah Hogsden is going to display her delicately detailed chart art.

Join us from the 22nd - 31st August 11 - 6 at Mayfield, 7 Oliver Road, Pennington SO41 8GP for a warm welcome and refreshments.

It's tomorrow! Our very first Summer Sunday session in the MacCarthy Room at St. Barbe Museum. Pop down and see us for some local art to buy and try making yourself.

Have a cuppa on us at The Old School Cafe when you spend £20 on our art work or cards.

🔆Every Sunday from 12th July - 16th August 10 - 4 Common Ground Studios artists will be taking over the MacCarthy Room at St Barbe Museum in Lymington. My friends and I will be sharing pottery, printmaking, glass and map artwork.

You can have a go at printmaking, watch some pottery demonstrations and get a free cup of tea at The Old School Cafe when you spend £20 or more on art.
Watch this space for yummy fresh pizza on the patio days too!

Coffee, croissants and creativity! Discover nature inspired linocut art with me over a dreamy breakfast at the Creative Brunch Club at Patch Bournemouth on Sunday 28th June 9.30 - 12.30

Enjoy a slow Sunday morning filling up your creative cup. A beautiful breakfast, inspiring conversation and workshop await. Good food, inspiring surroundings and a pause to learn something new.

New Workshop Launch...
New Print Club dates have been added to the website ready to book now. Beginners, Intermediate and a new Full Day Ticket that includes both 2 hour sessions across 5 weeks.

There are places available for Lino Stamp Making at Coda Music and Arts Centre on the 20th June - the perfect option for honing your printing skills by practising on smaller pieces and playing with inking up in different combinations.

Print Your Pet has a few tickets remaining. Learn how to take an image of your beloved friend from photo to hand print by way of lino carving in this fun and personal day long workshop.

Lastly, I am delighted to be teaching in the stunning Exbury Gardens during the Cowprint Artist Group's annual printmaking exhibition. Ticket includes a delicious lunch at Mr Eddy's Restaurant.
