🧘‍♀️ Morning Yoga is back at Hat Gardens this summer! 🌿

Start the day the right way with peaceful outdoor yoga sessions returning for the summer holidays ☀️

Beginning Tuesday 21 July, sessions will take place every Tuesday at 8am until 25 August, giving people the chance to relax, recharge and energise in a beautiful town centre setting. Guided by a professional instructor, it’s the perfect way to boost wellbeing in the fresh air.

The Parklet will be back for the summer holidays, bringing a fantastic line-up of FREE, family-friendly events - all funded by Luton BID 💙

Here’s what’s happening 👇

🦖 29 July – Meet the Dinosaurs at the Jurassic Parklet (11am–2pm)
🎭 13 August – Live Puppetry Musical Performance (brand new show!) at 12pm
🎶🎨 20 August – Party in the Parklet with music, games & face painting (11am–2pm)
♻️ 27 August – Mini Makers Challenge using recycled materials (11am–2pm)

It’s the perfect way to keep little ones entertained this summer - and a great reason to head into town and enjoy everything Luton has to offer.
