SPOTLIGHT is coming to Luton!

Over the next three years, we’re partnering with Film Hub South East and The Orange Picture Club to bring exciting films and new screening opportunities to Luton’s community.

SPOTLIGHT aims to expand local audience choices and make independent films more accessible, especially where screenings are currently limited.

Launched in 2023, this hyper-local approach opens new opportunities for communities to experience screen culture where it was previously out of reach.

Luton audiences can look forward to even more opportunities to enjoy film together, following the success in Peterborough with the Gateway Film Festival, where the programme helped launch new community cinemas, summer outdoor screenings, mini film festivals, and a network of local film exhibitors.

A huge thank you to the BFI and National Lottery for their continued support.

A brilliant chance to work behind the scenes at The Championships, Wimbledon supporting global broadcast, press and photography teams.

💰 £14.80 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay
📅 29 June – 12 July 2026

🎥 Broadcast Assistant

• Escorting international TV crews around the grounds
• Supporting broadcast centre & commentary box operations
• Working on bookings, reception & accreditation desks
• Runner duties for Wimbledon Broadcast Services galleries
• Ensuring safe and smooth broadcast operations

📅 Contract: 19 June – 15 July (training included)

• Interest in broadcast, media, journalism or photography
• Good knowledge of tennis
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced live event environment
