Penelope the Clown Penelope is back by popular demand! Children's entertainer, master balloon twister, face painting ar Wow! This clown is always partying like it's 1999!

Penelope began her clowning career back in 1999 with Clowns Unlimited of Seattle, WA in the USA. She's entertained thousands of children at birthday parties, corporate events, grand openings, and company picnics. The grandest being the annual Microsoft company picnic in North Bend. Penelope offers balloon modelling, face painting and a magic show which needs plenty of audience participation.
