Yes, can you believe it snow in June! ❄️ We're all here though for today's Hay Markets Thursday market. This beautiful little town has become a film location for a new Christmas film to show on Hallmark.
This will be my last event for a while as I'm taking a much needed break away. I'll be closing my online shop but you can still buy bits and bobs from MadeAt16 and Teme Valley Artisans . You can also buy Bramble Cottage Artwork cards from Ludlow Farmshop , Shropshire Wildlife Trust at The Cut in Shrewsbury, Bishops Castle visitors centre and The Courtyard Arts centre in Hereford 😁

💚 We're over the moon with this year's brilliant Ludlow Green Festival poster. Every year we work with Neil Hadfield course leader of Illustration at Hereford College of Art.

We supply a brief and many of Neil's students have a go at designing a suitable poster. This year, student Mike Koonce has come up trumps!

We feel he's captured the many elements that convey building a resilient community, which by the way is this year's theme! More on that and what activities will take place on the day to come! Watch this space... ☀️ 💚

So this is as far as I got today with this little guy, my ' Midsummer Mouse ' at MadeAt16 .I had a lovely day ' lost' in drawing and painting in-between customers. Lots of new visitors to the shop. Lots of oohs and ahhs at all the beautiful things we have in store 💕
Hopefully I'll be able to finish my little mouse painting this week ( I'm using Inktense water pencils). He's happy though because he's got his 🍓 his ' supper for one' 🤗 Have a great weekend folks and don't forget Made at 16 is now open on Sundays too for the Summer.
