Refunds & returns policy

1:1 All items paid for have a 24hr cooling off period, if the customer requests a refund it shall be made to the customer using the same method used to pay.
1:2 All personalised products are non refundable, customers are to double check spelling in messages as after payment any changes or typos are the responsibility of the customer.
1:3 All items sold are not toys and

are not suitable for children under 3yrs, some items are made using small parts and therefore are a choking hazard. Delivery charges

1:1 All delivery/postal charges are fixed at £3.00. This is subject to change if posting to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland/ROI.
1:2 Any items damaged by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and will not be entitled to a refund.
1:3 Any items that arrive damaged through no fault of the seller/buyer must be photographed and returned in original packaging where possible, I will cover a return fee of up to £3.00. Once the item has returned and has been inspected I will offer a replacement item if available or full refund. Thank you for your time and continued love and support. X
