We’ve booked our first partnership 🤝

Spaces Please x Event Insurance Services Ltd

Organisers and exhibitors can now explore event insurance through Spaces Please, with the Event Insurance Services team handling the quotes and questions directly.

It’s a big moment for us, so naturally we’ve been very restrained about announcing it.

Just a small cinematic production. Nothing excessive 🎬👇

Pop down to see Bespoke Crafts at Broadlands today 👋

We’re proud to have helped Shooting Stars Events find stallholders and fill spaces for the day through Spaces Please. It’s lovely to see those online applications turn into real stalls!

Organisers are already looking for stallholders 👋

More than 800 stallholders are now on Spaces Please, and organisers are starting to use the platform to find makers, bakers, food traders, crafters and small businesses for their events.

So if you sell at markets, fairs, fetes, festivals or pop-ups, get yourself listed.

It’s free to create your stallholder profile, discover events and be there when organisers are looking for people like you.

And if you know an organiser who should be on Spaces Please too, feel free to tag them below 👀

Got an event coming up? 👋

You can now add it to Spaces Please completely free.

Markets, fairs, fetes, festivals, community events and pretty much anything in between are welcome.

Nearly 800 stallholders have joined Spaces Please too, so if you’re looking for traders now or further down the line, they’re already there.

But you don’t need to be looking for stallholders to list your event. Just get it up, give people somewhere to find it and share the page wherever you like.

It’s free 👇

List your event free and give stallholders one clear place to apply. See applicant profiles, track stalls, take payments and send invoices - all in one account.

Quick one for anyone running events 👋

I keep seeing the same questions come up in groups like this, from finding the right documents to working out what needs doing before the day.

So I’ve started putting together a free library of event guides and templates that organisers and stallholders can actually use.

It’s still growing, but there are already useful bits in there and I’ll keep adding to it based on what people genuinely need.

I’ve spent the last few months building Spaces Please and speaking to organisers while nearly 800 stallholders have joined, so this has come directly from the problems people keep running into.

There’s no charge and no catch. Just take anything that helps.

Free plain-English guides to insurance, food safety, licences and risk assessments for UK stallholders and event organisers.
