🌦️ Rain Didn’t Stop the Summer Birthday Fun! 🎈✨

What a lovely afternoon celebrating Ruby’s and Arthor’s birthdays, with a summer garden party at The Low Farm near Thetford. 🎂

With both their birthdays falling outside the summer months, their family had the lovely idea to bring their birthday celebrations into the summer holidays, although the weather apparently hadn’t received the memo! 😄🌦️

It was one of those afternoons where the rain came and went, but it certainly didn’t get in the way. The garden party was filled with music, games and a few challenges, before settling down for the magic show. 🪄

Ruby and Arthor were both a delight to entertain, and I really enjoyed the little conversations we had throughout the afternoon. There were plenty of laughs with their friends too, and it had that lovely relaxed feeling of a family gathering.

After the show and for their special balloons, Ruby received a large penguin and Arthor a T-Rex dinosaur 🐧🦖🎈, before I got busy twisting colourful balloons for all their friends.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely company, a bit of unpredictable British summer weather and two birthdays to celebrate, a really enjoyable way to spend an afternoon.

🎈 Maeva’s 5th Birthday 🎁 Plates Spinning and Plenty of Magic! 🪄

What a lovely time celebrating Maeva’s 5th birthday at Hopton Village Hall! 🎂

When I arrived, the children were happily bouncing away on the bouncy castle, and a few curious faces soon appeared to see what I was setting up 😃.

Then it was for "Magic showtime!" We started with some plate spinning fun while everyone finished their bouncing. Maeva and a couple of her friends took on a special challenge and, between them, managed to get TEN plates spinning at once! 😮🤩

With the plates safely back on the ground, it was time for the magic show. Maeva was an absolute delight to entertain, laughing and giggling her way through the show while creating some very impressive magic herself 🌟. Wands mysteriously changed colour, a box of flower petals became a beautiful flower necklace, and Maeva even managed some magical colouring before making handkerchiefs invisibly fly through the air! 🪄✨

As a special thank you for all her brilliant magic, I presented Maeva with her very own unicorn balloon 🦄🎈.

After the show I did balloon twisting for everyone, with dogs, rabbits, swords, giraffes, cats and all sorts of colourful creations filling the hall.

It was such a happy celebration, and a real pleasure being part of Maeva’s special day. Happy 5th birthday, Maeva! 🎉

🎉 Elyse’s 6th Birthday – Wands, Magic and a Unicorn! 🦄✨

What a lovely morning celebrating Elyse’s 6th birthday at the new Worlingham Community Hall! 🎂🎈

Elyse’s 2hr Disco Magic Party had a great mix of games, dancing and magic, and she threw herself into everything. We had some wonderfully silly moments during the games, especially when Elyse managed to make the prizes appear! 🎁✨

During the magic show, my magic wand started melting and I was being driven slightly crazy by some colourful confusion with the different coloured magic wands! I’m so pleased Elyse was there to sort things out. 🪄😄

Elyse was then right at the heart of the magic. She solved a Rubik’s Cube in a flash and even managed to make an invisible flying handkerchief behave itself! ✨ What a star she was! And for being such a brilliant magician, I made a special balloon unicorn just for her. 🦄🎈

After all that magic, we took a break for party food before turning the music back up for a colourful balloon twisting and disco filled end to the party. 🎶🎈

A big thank you to Elyse and her family for inviting me along to celebrate her 6th birthday. It was a real pleasure spending the morning with you all, and I hope the unicorn is settling nicely into its new home! 😊✨

🚀🎈 Jax’s 5th Birthday Went to Infinity… and Beyond! 🎉

What a lively afternoon celebrating Jax’s 5th birthday at the Carlton Colville Community Centre!

Jax’s two-hour Disco Magic Party had lots for everyone, with party games, challenges, magic, music and plenty of balloon twisting along the way. We got everyone involved with some plate spinning skills before bringing out the crazy Shoe Bingo and the Wheel Game, with Jax right up front leading the action. 😄

Then it was time to settle down for the magic show, where wands misbehaved, we tested Jax's X-Ray vision for a Lego surprise and magic money appeared from the strangest places. 🪄✨

Of course, every birthday child needs their own special balloon, and for Jax there could really only be one choice…

Buzz Lightyear! 🚀🎈

After the party food break, the disco music started and the room filled with balloon creations for Jax and his friends to enjoy and take home.

It was such a pleasure being part of Jax’s big number 5, and a huge thank you to his family for inviting me along to help celebrate. Happy Birthday, Jax! 🎂🥳

🎩✨ Arthur’s Definitely Got a Flair for Showmanship! 🎈

What a lovely morning celebrating Arthur’s 6th birthday at St Mark’s Church Hall in Oulton Broad!

It was a party full of fun, games, dancing, magic, balloons and prizes, and Arthur joined in brilliantly throughout. During the magic show we discovered that Arthur has a flair for showmanship! 😄🪄

He was confident, enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed helping with the magic and entertaining everyone along the way.

For Arthur’s special birthday balloon I made Kevin the Minion 🍌🎈, and later that evening I received a wonderful message from his family saying how much he had enjoyed his party, and Kevin had already been given a very special place at home, they also shared something Arthur had said at bedtime:

“I want to be Tricky Twister’s assistant when I grow up. I want to help do all his magic!” 🥹✨

Well, after seeing Arthur’s flair for showmanship during his party, I have a feeling he might be the magician when he grows up! 🎩✨

Thank you so much to Arthur and his family for inviting me along to celebrate his 6th birthday. Who knows… perhaps one day I’ll be sitting in the audience watching Arthur the Magician doing his own show! 😊

🎉 Abbie-Rose’s 7th Birthday Came with Many Magical Twists! ✨

It was so lovely heading back to Reydon Village Hall to celebrate Abbie-Rose’s birthday again. I was there for her 6th birthday last year, so being invited back for number 7 felt rather special. 😊

Of course, coming back meant new games, different magic and plenty of Abbie-Rose’s favourite songs mixed into the disco.

She threw herself into everything, whether it was the games, the magic or joining in with her friends. During Get Wet or Not Get Wet, Abbie-Rose managed to turn the game completely on its head with a totally magical surprise at the end, definitely not the ending I was expecting! 💦😂✨

After the magic show, for her special birthday balloons, I made Stitch and Angel, which felt just right as they’re two of her absolute favourite characters. 🎈💙🩷

After the magic show it was time for party food, while I got busy inflating a colourful mountain of balloons ready for the final part of the celebration. Once everyone had eaten, the music went back on and the twisting began!

Before long, Reydon Village Hall was filling up with colourful balloon animals, swords and all sorts of creations, with the children proudly carrying them around as they danced and played. It was a wonderfully bright and cheerful way to finish the party. 🎈🎶

Thank you so much to Abbie-Rose and her family for having me back again. It was genuinely lovely to see you all and to be part of another birthday celebration.

🎉 Benjamin’s Brilliant 6th Birthday! 🎉

I had such a lovely afternoon at the Calvert Hall in Norwich, celebrating Benjamin’s 6th birthday with his 2-hour Disco Magic Party! 🎂🪄

One of my favourite parts actually happened before the party had even started. While I was setting everything up, Benjamin came over for a chat and was really keen to know what was going to happen. He was so polite, friendly and genuinely excited about the afternoon ahead, and that enthusiasm carried right through the party.

We had fun with spinning plates, Shoe Bingo and party games before it was time for the magic show. Benjamin was eager to get involved with everything and made a brilliant young magician. Whether we were dealing with misbehaving wands, ropes fixing themselves or Rubik’s Cube magic, he threw himself into it and his reactions made him an absolute joy to entertain. ✨

Of course, a birthday magician deserves something special, so Benjamin received his very own Charizard balloon to celebrate! 🔥🎈

After a birthday food break, we finished the afternoon with music, disco dancing and balloon twisting for all the children.

What a lovely morning at St Margaret's Church for their fantastic Family Fun Day! ☀️🎈

A huge thank you to the wonderful team who made everyone feel so welcome. It was such a lovely community event, with outdoor games, circus skills, balloon twisting, and lots of indoor crafts and activities for families to enjoy.

It was great to see so many smiling faces and everyone having such a wonderful time together. Thank you for inviting me to be part of such a fabulous day! ❤️
