Twirlstar Academy Welcome to Twirlstar Academy! A friendly inclusive Baton Twirling group based in Lowestoft & surrounding areas. Please follow our page for future info & updates.

Our main priority is for children to meet new friends have fun & learn something new! Baton twirling will teach athletes how to create emotion, build confidence, self esteem, positive self image and nutrition. Baton twirling involves the handling of the Baton to create visual images, executed with dexterity, smoothness, fluidity and speed. It allows athletes to express themselves through dance and

movement, demonstrating strength, physical fitness, beauty and asthetics, all in co-ordination with the manipulation of the baton and use of Pom poms.
