NEW Dance Fitness Class starting 1st June
☀️ 🐅 ❤️ 💪 at Louth Town Hall

ENERGISE is a low impact movement and dance fitness class to uplifting music.

It is a great way to stay active, improve mobility, balance and co-ordination; a full workout for brain and body.

Fun and friendly atmosphere, open to all dance abilities from absolute beginner to party pro 🥳

Sophie is a fully qualified instructor and has been teaching dance and fitness in Louth for over 12 years.

Each Programme runs for approx. 8 weeks. NO sign up, at only £6 pay as you go, with an option of attending twice a week or changing days.
