Spotlight on Dance 💥

Inclusive Dance is for ages 8 to 18 years who can follow simple instruction and dance independently

Our eldest students are developing more skills in this class, with a thorough warm up, safe stretching and corner work, putting their dance techniques into practice. We work on a longer and more complex dance routine over the term, switching up dance styles and music. We love Musical Theatre, Lyrical and Commercial - there's something for everyone!

Our 'inbetween' class for ages 6+ who sometimes require support from a grown up to participate.

This class has some of our long standing members in, who are very capable but sometimes need a little reassurance. We are learning dance fundamentals through short dances, using props and themes, plus turn taking during circuit time

These classes are designed for our youngest dancers aged 3+ and those with more complex needs who require a grown up to participate with them

Class consists of movement, music & sensory exploration designed specifically for SEND. Our students love a good nursery rhyme, Cbeebies tunes and the Sensory parachute!

❤️ Wednesdays 4pm at Loughborough Wellbeing Centre

A lovely morning hosting our last summer workshop at Gorse Covert Community Centre, and it was hot hot hot 🌞

We enjoyed playing outdoors, dancing to our favourite tunes and relaxing under the sea themed parachute - courtesy of our very own nanna Judith 🪡

Accessible Acrobatics is back next week! 💪

Tumble, roll, jump and enjoy an hour of guided movement with us at Loughborough Wellbeing Centre on Thursday 13th August

9:45 - 3+ years (3 spaces)
10:45 - 6+ years (2 spaces)
11:45 - 8+ years (4 spaces)

£12 per child, maximum 8 children per session. Cafe onsite for the grown ups! ☕️

SEND specific classes ran by a qualified instructor, Ella and her team of experienced staff🤸‍♂️
