Paddling the River Dart , Two day paddling with a wild camp in-between! ( 9th-10th August)
A fantastic trip my longest as a solo canoe paddler , from Totnes to Dartmouth, and back up to stoke Gabriel.
Taking in the beautiful Devonshire countryside and towns.. and developing my steering skills over wind and waves , some amazing highlights seeing seals pop up by the boat and reaching Dartmouth and Kingswear castles as the river opens out to the sea !
Big thanks to Chris from Dartmoor Adventures, for being my Guide , coach and great company!

What better way to spend a sunny summers day then go for a paddle with lovely people!

Happy international women's day ! Last year we spoke to some of the inspiring women who paddle for Soaring Dragons Dragon boat club , great to hear about their love of the sport and their encouragement of others ! It's definitely worth a listen or revisiting if you're a fan of the show !
