💎 Sponsor Spotlight – Holistic Equine 💎

We're delighted to welcome Holistic Equine as the sponsor of our Fell Pony Ridden Class at this year's Loweswater Show.

Founded by Beccy Smith, Holistic Equine is a West Cumbrian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving equine welfare through practical hoof care, education and evidence-led support for horse owners. Their holistic approach looks beyond the hoof, considering the horse's posture, movement, diet, environment and overall management to promote long-term soundness and wellbeing.

As a local organisation, we're incredibly grateful for their support of our equestrian classes and the wider rural community.

Because time is ticking… ⏰👀

There’s a great mix of Horse & Pony classes at this year’s Loweswater Show, including Turnout, Fell Ponies, Mountain & Moorland, Miniature Shetlands, Riding Horses, Heavy Horses, Concours d’Élégance, Carriage Driving and Fancy Dress. 🏆

Whether you’re coming for a serious day’s showing, bringing a youngster out, dusting off the show gear or just fancy having a go, we’d love to see you in the rings!

There’s just ONE WEEK LEFT to get your entries in for this year’s Loweswater Show! ⏰

We’ve a great range of classes across the Sheep Section, including Herdwicks, Swaledales, Cross-bred, Continental and Native breeds and, NEW FOR 2026, we’re delighted to introduce TEXEL CLASSES! 🎉🐑

🐐 And don’t forget the GOATS! We’d love to see a few more entries in our Goat Section, with classes for: Milking Goats • Goatlings • Female Kids
with separate classes for White & Coloured goats.

Whether you’re a regular at Loweswater or haven’t shown with us before, we’d love to see you and your livestock on Sunday 6th September.

We’re delighted to be hosting the 13 Stone WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP at Loweswater Show this year! 🏆

With classes from Under 10s right through to All Weights, there’ll be plenty of fantastic traditional Cumberland & Westmorland Wrestling to watch.
