Looking for an exciting new activity for your child this summer? Join us at Spring Lakes for our Kids Wakeboarding Open Day on Monday 8th June, from 4pm–7pm!

Perfect for complete beginners, this fun and friendly session is designed to give children a fantastic first experience on the water. Our experienced instructors will guide riders through the basics, helping them build confidence and learn new skills in a safe environment.

With the recent heart breaking news stories involving children losing their lives in unsupervised open water, it’s more important than ever that we all help spread this lifesaving message.

Open water may look calm and inviting, but hidden dangers such as cold water shock, strong currents, deep water, and unseen hazards can turn tragic in seconds.

This message is for all parents, carers, teachers, youth leaders, and community groups — please talk to young people about the dangers of entering lakes, rivers, canals, reservoirs, quarries, and other open water areas without supervision.

One simple message could save a life:
💙 FLOAT TO LIVE 💙

If you find yourself struggling in the water:
• Tilt your head back with ears submerged
• Relax and try to control your breathing
• Use your hands to help stay afloat
• Once breathing is under control, call for help or swim to safety

The Royal Life Saving Society UK provides FREE downloadable water safety resources, posters, and educational content to help share this vital message:

You’ll join a team of other Car Park Support staff helping guests arrive smoothly, directing traffic, assisting with parking, keeping things safe and organised, and creating a great first impression as customers arrive on site.

Take a moment to slow down, swim, and get creative 🌿💧
Join us for a relax swim in the lake, followed by simple facilitated drawing activities inspired by the lake environment.
No drawing experience needed — just come along to connect with nature, unwind, and enjoy some mindful creativity.
Each session includes:
1hr group swim & chat
1hr facilitated drawing session

We are fully booked for the Bank Holiday, so please only travel to site if you have a pre-booked activity, our off site parking is open with a pleasant stroll through the woods to get to site. Its going to very hot so we advise you to leave dogs at home, Our tarmac and astro surfaces get very very hot!! Hope you all have a great bank holiday!! 🌞
