Another year, another fun performance with ✨️

Last week, pushing hard, and pushing through at the BWI Intensive.

Grateful to have the chance of being taught by Isabella McGuire and Suvi Honkanen, so much knowledge, attention, passion, and beautiful artistry shared from both of them. I am grateful for the other dancers in the space as well, sharing the commitment of evolving together, encouraging each other, and creating a beautiful community.

Leaped to new heights, and planning to go even higher. ✨️

One of the fun collaborations I worked on this year: choreographing the dance sequences for Faye's first music video, 'Focus'. ✨️

Narina şi Sigma Sports vă aduc săptămâna următoare un nou workshop gratuit de dans contemporan la Giurgiu. De data aceasta ne vom axa pe interacțiunea cu podeaua, învățând tehnici de deplasare, precum şi o coregrafie distractivă. ✨️

Vă aşteptăm cu drag duminica viitoare, 28 Septembrie, între orele 14:00-15:30, pe Şos. Prieteniei Nr. 4.

Uncertainty, broken ties, anxiety, memories that bring you back, running away, taking control, running towards, constant change, struggle, breaking, mending, no right answer, learning to navigate.

Performing on Friday Hanieh Ayat's new physical theatre piece, 'Mind the Gap'. You can still grab a ticket to the Symphony of Movement Festival, and see us perform amongst other beautiful choreographies. ✨️
