After closing the doors to our music studio a year ago… we're back. New form, same bark 💪

Lonesome Dog Studios has officially respawned - this time as a film and content production house. 🎥🐕

For 9 years we produced recording artists. When the studio closed, a part of me honestly died. I tried to move on, pivoted to "Lonesome Dog Films", did some client work… but something wasn’t right and I had to take a step back to figure it all out as well as spend time with my new born daughter. 

So we’re returning to the original brand - not giving up the mission, just evolving it.

Today, Lonesome Dog Studios is alive again. We’re blessed to have an office above The Ram Jam in Kingston.

We’ve got in-house kit (after selling most of the studio gear, which would’ve gathered dust) and in-house core team:

Me: Producer/Director
Osh: Cam Op & Editor (with us since 2021)
Paolo: DOP & Photographer

Plus an extended roster of creatives we call in for bigger productions.

We’re focusing on events, branded content, corporate video & photography - and building towards the long-term dream: a new creative space where film, content and music all live together again… maybe even a cheeky bar. Who knows.

It’s a crazy time in film, music & TV - especially with AI. And yeah, we use AI to speed up post-production. But I still believe people will always want the real thing and already sick of the slop.

Drum day fun day
