Join us for a self-care and networking session; as creatives we often place our identity in our work, before ourselves as individuals and multi-faceted beings.

We have created a safe-space for you to;

Let Go - Partaking in self-care rituals, stretches, mindfulness.
Luminate - Shedding light on any achievements, issues, advice and resources.
