Capoeira União East London We are a friendly and professional Capoeira group based in East and North London. We run classes Monday in East London and Sunday in North London

Our Classes are drop in and open to all. Wear loose clothing. Any questions please email, text or message us on facebook. Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art-form that combines elements of martial arts, music and dance. Its origins have been traced back to the the early 16th century, a time when African slaves had begun arriving in Brazil. Today Capoeira is both a Martial Art and an Art Form. It co

mbines balance, kicks, sweeps, acrobatics and movement. It is a Multi disciplinary practise. It has music at its core which create a unique experience. You will improve fitness, flexibility, strength and awareness. It hard work and lots of fun. Capoeira is open to anybody, regardless of your level of fitness, age or anything else. Start training and you will feel the difference almost immediately. Capoeira Uniao UK is made up of people from a rich variety of backgrounds, nationalities and age groups. Our group has it family links all over the world, Brasil, Portugal, Norway, Canada . We regularly travel to events.
