April at the Cosmo 2 Club features house band Drew Morrison and the Darkwood. Expect to hear flashes of late 1960s Velvets, Jimmy Webb-esque wordplay, Bob Nolanesque 'golden chording' and electrical guitar playing that has one foot in the 1950s and the other very much in the now.
