This June, we’re collaborating with a special guest .la.vie for a one-day crossover workshop experience in London!

From the flow and elegance of Chinese Dance to the energy and passion of Latin Dance, this workshop is all about cultural fusion, movement, rhythm, and connection.

A chance to step out of your usual dance style, explore something new, and celebrate how dance can bring different cultures together. ✨

If you’ve been feeling ‘tightness’ in your lower back or a ‘pinch’ in your hip, your body is trying to tell you something. The strongest dancers aren’t just the most flexible—they’re the most in control. 🧠✨

好多時受傷唔係因為一個「大動作」，而係喺平時啲細節位積累返嚟—好似你平時點企、向上提嘅發力，或者落地嗰吓。🩰
