This Valentine's Day, I’ve written a poem in collaboration with Green People Organic to think about a different type of love 💚
Charlotte Vøhtz founded Green People in 1997 as a response to her young daughter Alexandra, then just a toddler, who was battling multiple skin allergies and eczema. Despite searching the high street for natural remedies, Charlotte found many products were misleadingly labeled and predominantly synthetic.
Over the past 25+ years, Green People has flourished, creating genuine, organic skin care solutions for people with sensitive skin. The brand's success is a testament to Charlotte's tireless dedication.
Tragically, Charlotte’s daughter, Alexandra who had been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, an incurable hypermobility condition, passed away aged just 28 years in the summer of 2021.
