At Ustigate Waterplay our designers and engineers work together to design, build and maintain our water play installations. We deliver tailor made water play facilities that meet any specification set out by the client. Our products are sourced from our partner Vortex International, a world leader with 8000 installations in 50 countries. Our full turnkey solution includes all the mechanical and el

ectrical elements for the operation of the water play facilities. Our plant rooms and complex control systems are designed, manufactured and assembled at our factory in Kent. Water safety is our priority and our water management systems meet and exceed the PWTAG water quality standards required for safe water interaction.

Established in 1987, Playday is an ongoing campaign that highlights the importance of play in children's lives and helps build a more playful UK where every child can grow and thrive.

This year's theme,"Play Here, There and Everywhere", celebrates the importance of creating opportunities for children to play wherever they are, from parks and playgrounds to streets and neighbourhoods.

At Ustigate Waterplay, we're proud to create aquatic play spaces that encourage playful moments, everyday adventures and inclusive experiences for children of all ages and abilities. We're delighted to share the story behind Shiver Me Timbers, an exciting pirate-themed splash pad designed and delivered by Ustigate and Cumberland Council.

Featuring interactive water play, immersive theming, and activities for children of all ages and abilities, this project has transformed the space into a vibrant destination for families and visitors.

The water management system is a sustainable flow through system with a grey water tank, enabling water to be collected and repurposed for irrigation.
