We’re proud to share our community-driven project with Leighton-Linslade Town Council, incorporating the refurbishment of the much-loved Splash n Play in the heart of Leighton Buzzard, a splash pad that welcomes 250,000 visitors a year!

This 2026 refurbishment was shaped by the people who use it most, local children from local schools. From a winning design transforming the splash pad floor, to a vibrant mural created by pupils and a local artist, the result is a space that truly reflects community creativity and pride.

Alongside the design-led approach, the project delivers:

✅ Energy-saving pump to reduce operational impact
✅ Biodiversity enhancements
✅ Improved durability for long-term value
✅ Below grade sand traps to reduce maintenance

💦 Splash pads, a Bank Holiday weekend… and it looks like the sunshine got the memo too ☀️

We’re pleased to say the splash pads at Crossley Park in Ripley and Heanor Memorial Park will officially reopen for the season tomorrow.

Both splash pads will be open daily from 10am until 6pm, seven days a week throughout the summer months.

We hope everyone has a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend and enjoys making the most of our parks and outdoor spaces.
