We had a great day last week filming for at the UCL Grant Museum of Zoology. Massive thanks to the museum for allowing us into their fabulous space. Thanks, especially to Hannah Cornish for your patience. We filmed in the morning, then Ess Grange took us on an tour of the museum, finishing with a handling session. We are also grateful to everyone who agreed to take part Harry Meade, Marie-Eve Garnon, Nathalie Morris, Fern Lulham, Lonny Evans, and to Samantha Leftwich from Thomas Pocklington Trust for support.

Workshop opportunities! 🏰

We would like to talk to blind and visually impaired people who might be interested in participating in workshops in various museums in London. The workshops take the form of a facilitated group discussion around several artworks/objects. They will be held in central London and in Haringey. We are keen to recruit a wide range of people, whether or not you are interested in art or museums. You do not need any knowledge of or exposure to art or museums to take part.

We are interested in talking to people with one of more of the following lived experiences:

LGBTQIA+
Families who are members of the Windrush generation
Haringey residents.

We can cover reasonable travel expenses and access support (such as the train fare for someone coming with you, or a taxi), and we will offer you a thank you payment or voucher for your time and contribution. There will be lunch and light refreshments during the workshop.
