Our last three shows at before we break for the summer months! What an incredible season it has been for us, with every show we have put on selling out! Tonight‘s gig with Thomas McCarthy is almost sold out too, so get your tickets now! Then we have the amazing on 21 May and the wonderful on 18 June! Thank you so much to everyone for supporting our club and bringing your great vibes! Our vision for this club is to have regulars and community, thank you for helping make that happen! On Sat 2nd May we present the album launch of Adam Beattie’s ‘Home Fires Burning’ at in Stoke Newington. Recorded with some wonderful musicians including fiddlers Owen Spafford and Mikey Kenney, who both have their own shows at HFC this season. Adam’s sister Sarah Beattie will play fiddle at this concert, plus Fiona Bevan (double bass, guitar and vocals), Filippo Ferazzoli (electric guitar, banjo) and Dave Hamblett (drums). This is Adam’s 6th studio album and press for previous albums include: ‘Uplifting reveries’ -Mojo Magazine, ‘Stirring folk balladry’ -Line Of Best Fit, ‘Master of powerful narratives’ -RnR Magazine, ‘Songs of great originality’ -Americana UK.
