Want to explore the basics of tapestry weaving?

This is a gentle, welcoming session designed to help you slow down, enjoy the process, and discover the calming rhythm of weaving.

No experience is needed - just an interest in colour, texture, and making something with your hands.

You’ll leave with a finished woven sample, a grounding in simple tapestry techniques, and the confidence to continue experimenting at home!

Rest & Restore with is a two-hour guided restorative wellbeing experience in West Drayton, created to help you slow down, deeply rest and reconnect with yourself.

Each monthly experience is shaped around a different theme inspired by the seasons, our inner lives and the realities of everyday life.

Through grounding, gentle breathwork, guided deep relaxation, restorative sound, reflection and conversation, Puja creates space to step away from the demands of everyday life and pay attention to what you need.

Rather than simply taking time out, each experience moves gently between rest and reflection — allowing the body and mind to settle before exploring the month's theme through thoughtful prompts and conversation.

No previous experience of meditation, breathwork or sound is needed.

Friday 11 September, 6–8pm — Ground & Grow
An invitation to find steadiness before looking at what you want to nurture, change or grow in the season ahead.
