Fancy Kids :)
What we do:
Taking kids to contemporary art galleries and museums shows, music venues and book readings and appropriate performances.
Languages: English and French
How we do it:
We bring closer and make approachable our understanding of different artistic mediums and conceptual approaches to art. But this is only the beginning of our conversation; we want our conversation with kids to be organically expanding to literature, philosophy, music, dance or any interest that our companions feel move by. We are addressing the need of parents to feel that the environment for children is stimulating not just in a sense of play, which we don’t mind, but rather a sense of the world of possibilities and ideas that before seemed intimidating and challenging now unfolds as magic in front of us. We construct our program on the individual interests and age group with the understanding that our approach must always be within the comfort of parent or legal guardian.
Our main focus is approaching our interaction as a challenging and learning experience. Creating a living tangible environment in which both participants can grow!
The difference of other after school programs and us are that we believe that these small people are our equals.
