Wonderful to lead Youth Contemporary Company this morning HQ.

We focused on connections....to the floor, to the breath, to reflections, to each other. Just beautiful to introduce contact work again, it was magic. Thank you to the dancers for their energy, enthusiasm and creative curiosity.

Some of the beautiful postcards from yesterday's installation.....it's been just gorgeous chatting to everyone on the art trail.

"72.9 miles from your shore to mine" is OPEN TODAY 1-4:30......link in bio/find Deptford X online.

The project started with 'dancing postcards' a way to connect, reflect and create during lockdown 1..... All that time ago.

And so....as part of the installation we invite audience members to take a moment to pause, reflect and create a postcard if they choose.
