Join us on Sunday 28 June for an informal afternoon with Irish musical theatre writers Tom James McGrath and Amy Clare Tasker.

The duo, whose musicals include 'The Queen Is Mad' and 'RISING', will chat about their work, their creative partnership, and some of the shows and writers that have inspired them along the way.

Tom and Amy have become familiar faces at the Irish Cultural Centre through their work with the Irish Creative Collective, and we're delighted to welcome them back for what promises to be an engaging conversation.

See a powerful new drama about family, heartbreak, and a defining moment in history.

Co-produced by Siamsa Tíre and directed by Aidan Dooley, this one-man show is written and performed by Mike Kelly.

Set during the laying of the Transatlantic Cable on Valentia Island in 1866, The Cable explores one family’s story against a world-changing event.

Join us for a special evening exploring the history, culture, and enduring presence of the Irish language in London.

This panel brings together leading scholars from Ireland, the UK and the US to discuss the story of Irish in the city – from early history to its role in the Gaelic Revival and its continuing place in literature and cultural life today.

The discussion will be chaired by Dr Eoghan Ahern (University of Liverpool), with panel speakers:

• Dr Deirdre Nic Mhathúna (Dublin City University)
• Dr Ríona Nic Congáil (University College Dublin)
• Prof. Brian Ó Conchubhair (University of Notre Dame)

Please note: the talk will be in English, with ‘cúpla focal’ (a few words of Irish).

Join acclaimed chef, restaurateur and broadcaster Anna Haugh for an intimate conversation exploring her career, her love of Irish food, and her journey from Dublin kitchens to BBC television and MasterChef.
