We are delighted to welcome Aidan onto our SOAR teaching team as a vocal coach, audition prep coach for West End, UK tour and International touring projects as well as offering sessions on drama school audition prep 😍🎙️🎵

Aidan Harkins is a vocal coach, acting teacher and theatre director with professional experience across the West End, UK tours and international productions. He works as a vocal coach with performers across the industry, with clients appearing in The Devil Wears Prada, 13 Going on 30, Heathers, Tina and Mamma Mia! He also served as a vocal coach for Johannes Radebe on the UK tour of Kinky Boots where Johannes is playing the lead role of Lola 😍🌟

Aidan’s students have gone on to train at leading drama schools and have performed in UK touring productions including Annie, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and School of Rock, as well as auditioning for major West End productions such as Mary Poppins, Paddington and Beetlejuice 🎭

As a director, his credits include Assistant Director on The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show and Associate Director on Oscar at The Crown, alongside working on multiple workshops and development projects for new writing 🖋️

Aidan also teaches technical singing across various colleges and drama schools, bringing a strong focus on technical clarity, performance storytelling and industry readiness into all of his coaching 💫

📣🚨 Annie UK Tour Cast Announcement

The hugest congratulations to not one, but two of our SOAR superstars who are joining the UK Tour cast of Annie 😍📰🌟

We couldn’t be any prouder of these two who absolutely smashed every 1-2-1 audition prep class with Miss Dannika and every single recall audition, including finals, of course! 🥳🥰

This marks Jemima’s first/debut professional contract and will be playing the role of Molly 📑👏🏽

And, Khit will be playing the role of Tessie and has just finished her run in the West End production of Matilda the Musical playing Lavender 💜

➡️ Jemima has weekly online 1-2-1’s with Miss Dannika and is taking her Grade 1 Musical Theatre LAMDA exam this weekend

➡️ Khit had weekly online 1-2-1’s with Miss Ella and is taking her Grade 4 Acting LAMDA exam next month before she starts rehearsals

🍀 We’re wishing them both the very best of luck with their LAMDA exams, their rehearsal process and for their run!

We can’t W A I T to see them both shine onstage!!! 🎭🌟

➡️ Each category is separated into four age groups: KS2, KS3, KS4 & Sixth Form/College so your child will be competing against other children of a similar age

🇬🇧 You can be based anywhere in the UK to enter

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate one of our weekly academy students, Charlotte, who has successfully secured a place on the Level 6 Diploma in Musical Theatre at Italia Conti, starting in September 2026 🎭🎤🪩

This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of Charlotte’s hard work, dedication and passion for Musical Theatre 😍🫧

Gaining a place at such a prestigious institution is no small feat, and this next step marks the beginning of an exciting brand new chapter in Charlotte’s professional training 🌟

Charlotte has been a SOAR student for a number of years and has completed an extensive list of LAMDA exams working with Principal Dannika covering the Acting and Musical Theatre syllabuses which she has always smashed out of the park 🏏🤩

Charlotte is currently working towards her Grade 8 (Gold Medal) LAMDA exam🥇 And, all her songs will be added to her Rep folder ready for her Conti journey 📂

We can’t wait to continue supporting Charlotte on her 🆕 exciting adventure 🪄✨
