Léo is a passionate and accomplished professional dancer and instructor, dedicated to the art of movement. His journey began with a love for percussion, gymnastics, and various instruments, but his true passion emerged when he discovered West Coast Swing. Under the guidance of Sebastien Cadet and Blandine Iche, Léo honed his skills and quickly rose through the ranks, earning four world championship titles and achieving All Star status within just three years. In February 2024, he reached the prestigious Champion level in West Coast Swing.

Léo’s love for dance extends beyond West Coast Swing, as he explores Brazilian Zouk, Contemporary, Salsa, and particularly Bachata, where he now serves as an instructor. Continuously refining his craft, Léo trains with top dancers like Maxime Zzaoui, Jordan Frisbee, and Benji Schwimmer.

In 2023, Léo committed to dance full-time, eager to share his passion and philosophy with others. Join him on this vibrant journey and experience the magic of dance.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗬𝗦𝗙 ‘𝟮𝟲 - 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗻 ✨

Karin Kakun has been passionate about dance her entire life. Holding a university degree in dance, she has been teaching for over 14 years, specializing in West Coast Swing, Hip-Hop, Stretching, and Pole Dance.

In addition to teaching, she is an experienced choreographer and performer. Before discovering West Coast Swing, she was the Israeli Salsa Champion.

Karin began her West Coast Swing journey in 2014 and was immediately captivated by the dance. She made history as the first Israeli to reach the Champion division.

Today, she teaches extensively in Israel, where she leads a thriving West Coast Swing community. In 2024, Karin expanded her influence by opening her
own dance studio in Tel Aviv. She is also a sought-after instructor across Europe, traveling internationally to share her expertise and passion for the dance.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗬𝗦𝗙 ‘𝟮𝟲 - 𝗜𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝘂𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮! ✨

Dancing since she was 7, Irina was doing Ballroom, Belly Dancing, Jazz, Hustle, Discofox, Salsa, Bachata, WCS... She began taking a serious interest in West Coast Swing in 2010, learned from the best and has been a very successful competitor.

She is the first dancer in Russia to reach the All-Star and Champion division. She placed first at Advanced Jack & Jill at the US Open 2012, at first European All Star division at Midland Swing Open, and won the All-Star Jack & Jill at French Open 2014, BudaFest 2015, Mid-Atlantic Dance Jam 2015, first European Invitational J’n’J at UK Champs 2016, US Open 2016 in Strictly Swing, Strictly Open Budafest 2018, Champions JnJ at UK and European Championship in London 2019, in Autumn Swing Challenge 2023.

Since 2024 she is a Certified WSDC Chief Judge with a Gold status.

When teaching she’s demanding and encouraging just in the right proportion.

Irina traveled all around the world from Asia to US dancing, teaching and competing in 16 coutnries, more than 30 cities. But most of all Irina is a social dancer. Don’t hesitate to ask her for a dance!
