Are you curious about needlefelting? 🍄

Got a kit and don't know where to start?

It's a little bit soft and a little bit...stabby, super stress relieving and rather addictive.

We'll show you the foundations of this fun craft and teach you how to make your own colourful felt mushroom. Turn it into a cute decoration or even a bag charm.

You'll get the chance for some pure creative play while learning how to sculpt with loose felt roving.

We've still got spaces this Sunday + plenty more dates in the calendar.

Great fun with mates, or come solo for some creative joy.

Our Embroidery Basics workshop is designed to give you the skills and confidence you need with a needle and thread.  

In just 2 hours we'll cover 10+ stitches, progressing through techniques and learning tips and tricks as you go 💫

This workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to freshen up their embroidery knowledge.  

We've got regular sessions on Wednesday afternoons as well as lot of weekend dates for your diary so join us to learn something new and start making something good this summer ☀️

Mondays are for printing at Something Good.

Our Print 4 Ways course is a 6-week introduction to four of our favourite in-house printmaking techniques:
🌿 Gelli Plate Printing
✂️ Tetrapak Printing
🔪 Lino Printing
☀️ Cyanotype

Over the first four weeks you’ll make your own prints in each session, getting hands-on experience with every process.

You’ll discover what excites you, what frustrates you, and which techniques you want to take further.

Then, for the final two weeks, you’ll use our materials, tools and support to develop a personal print project of your own.
that’s a series of lino prints, experimental cyanotypes, layered gelli prints, or something entirely unexpected, we’ll help you bring it to life.

Already joined us for one of these as a stand-alone workshop? No problem. Let us know when booking and we’ll discount that week from the course fee, and you can simply skip the session you’ve already attended.

At Something Good, we think there’s no better way to start the week than making something with your hands.

Pickles 🥒 or Olives 🫒 ?!

A few months ago we had a whole room of Pickles kits when we shared Pickles vs. Kimchi .. and with picnic season well under way, we’ve given Pickles a new contender at our monthly sip and cross stitch evening.

Join us next Friday for our monthly Sip & Cross Stitch evening and have a go at making your own from these gorgeous kits

Whether you’ve never picked up a needle before or you’re already deep into your crafting era, this is a relaxed, friendly evening designed for slowing down, making something with your hands and having a chat with lovely people.

💬 Spend the rest of the evening stitching, chatting and unwinding

Something Good Workshops are going on tour!

This Father’s Day, we’re heading to Peckham for a special collaboration with

Join us on Sunday 21st June for a full day of Screenprinting for Beginners in Sonsoles’ purpose-built print studio.

You’ll be guided through the entire screenprinting process by professional printmakers, from developing your design through to pulling your own prints.

By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a small edition of original screenprints and a solid understanding of how screenprinting works.

Whether you’re looking for a creative Father’s Day experience, want to learn a new skill, or have always been curious about printmaking, we’d love to have you with us.

We're thrilled that Maxi is returning to Deptford this June after visiting us earlier this year. She spent time with our community during workshops and socials, and we were genuinely blown away by both her knowledge and the ease with which she shares it. She's one of those people who makes complex topics feel accessible, practical and fun.

Already making lino prints at home and ready to move beyond single-colour lino printing?

Join us for a full-day Reduction Lino Printing Workshop in Deptford, London and learn how to create beautiful multi-colour lino prints from a single block.

There’s no undo button with this print process, after each layer you carve off more of the block, before using it to print over your design again in a new colour. There’s no going back!

Perfect for improvers, printmakers who have completed a beginner lino printing workshop, or anyone looking to develop their linocut and printmaking skills.

During this full-day printmaking workshop you’ll learn:
🎨 Colour planning and layering
📐 Registration methods

And take home your own edition of 10 linocut prints, printed by hand or by press (we’ll cover both methods and have papers that work for each)

We’re putting these UV rays to work with our Cyanotype Taster Workshops - a playful introduction to the magic of sun printing. Using sunlight, water, and a little experimentation, you’ll create beautiful blue mini prints on paper.

Bring your own trinkets, treasures, lace, leaves, or curious little objects to print with, or dive into our collection of materials to build your own multimedia-inspired piece.

1 hour of creative play, summer crafting, experimentation, and a tiny bit of alchemy ✨
