What a week it’s been! 🎉

Over the past four incredible nights, we had the privilege of being part of the UCL Bicentennial celebrations, welcoming more than 1,500 guests across a fantastic programme of events including a debate, film festival, The Proms, and an unforgettable Summer Ball held on the beautiful UCL campus.

To round off an amazing week, our Photo Booth, Magic Mirror, and Selfie Pod captured an astonishing 3,990 photos and 475+ GIFs during Saturday night’s spectacular Summer Ball alone! 📸✨

We are genuinely overwhelmed by the enthusiasm shown by everyone who attended. Seeing guests queue patiently to use our experiences, share so many smiles, and leave such wonderful feedback about both the experience and the photos we delivered made the week incredibly rewarding for our entire team.

A huge thank you to Meg and her team for delivering such a phenomenal series of events. Every evening was flawlessly organised, the communication and arrangements were exceptional, and we were made to feel so welcome throughout. Everything was executed to perfection.

We’d also like to give a special shout-out to for an amazing set up on EVERY NIGHT, all the performers, suppliers, and the many volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make these celebrations such a tremendous success.

Thank you, UCL, for having us be part of such a historic milestone. Here’s to the next 200 years! 🥂🎓✨

It was our absolute pleasure to be invited to the end-of-season party and awards night for London City Lionesses, following a fantastic season in the WSL.

Getting to know the players, backroom staff, and everyone involved at the club has been a real eye-opener. The effort, dedication, and commitment that goes into making a club operate at this level is truly inspiring.

We’re honoured to have been asked to attend, and grateful to be part of such a special evening.

A HUGE thank you to all the staff at for the incredible memories and for creating such a special place for our community. What you built was more than just a venue — it was a home for locals to come together, celebrate, and share unforgettable moments.

Words can’t fully express the disappointment at hearing about the sudden closure, especially under such difficult circumstances. Anyone who was there this weekend will have seen firsthand the energy, the atmosphere, and the genuine sense of community that made Matches so unique.

Ashford truly needs places like this — spaces that bring people together and give the town its heartbeat. Matches wasn’t just a sports bar; it was something far more special, and it will be deeply missed.
