Cast Bio Announcement! 🎭☁️

From Seattle originally, Lori moved to London after needing a change in life. She is a First year studying Ancient History at King’s after what she calls “give or take a gap decade”. One of the biggest reasons that King’s was her dream school was because of the Greek play! So she is beyond thrilled to be back on stage after many years performing as Aello in The Clouds. “The crazy ones are always the most fun to play after all”.

Cast Bio Announcement 🎭☁️

Zo is extremely delighted to be part of such a powerful retelling of Aristophanes' Clouds and work alongside a wonderful cast of talented and passionate actors. As a second year Classics student, with a particular love of Greek Theatre, she wishes to evoke the ancient Greek Chorus through her role as Ocypete. Building on their prior acting experience, they aim to further their skills and bring their all to this production. Alongside Zo's passion for drama, she is often moved by thought-provoking stories and always enjoys comedic banter! Thus, they feel like a perfect fit for bringing Clouds from the script to the stagelow

Cast Bio Announcement 🎭☁️

Wren is very excited to be playing Celaeno in this year’s Greek play! They have always loved theatre and the performing arts, being involved in many a school production (and a brief stint in ballet before realising they were too short). Wren enjoys exploring theatre in all its different forms being a writer and an actor, and especially its impact on people’s psyche, relevant to their studies as a first-year psychology student. In recent years they wish to discover how the arts can reflect the realities of the world which this retelling of the Clouds does very well. They are very excited to be sharing the play with everyone!
