Where does time go? VW Festival came around again so quickly and it was over before we knew it.

Fortunately we had a fantastic time with 3 days in the sun for a change ☀️

Big shout out to all the hard working team behind the planning, ex*****on and pack up, all the traders retailers and most important the dedicated crowd who never disappoint with their support, enthusiasm and dedication!!!

And let’s not forget the cold beer, hot coffee and delicious food. 😋

PA & Lighting North Yorkshire, we’ve got you covered.

An absolute pleasure to be part of Scorton Gig On The Green as they celebrated their 20th Year. A day of great music and atmosphere in the summer sun. After a long hot week, there was a bit of respite from the heat later in the night and we almost went for the hoodies at derig o’clock, but soon warmed up again.

When we say “All Stages”…..We mean All Stages. This weekend we had the pleasure of providing a small PA & Lighting solution for a local band who were playing at a private party.
Our stage for the event was a car port, and why not?

System used was as follows.
Main PA - 2 x RCF 905 Active Subs & 2 x RCF 932 Active Speakers.
Monitors - 2 x RCF 910 Active Speakers.
Mixer - Allen & Heath CQ20B Wireless enabled rack mixer.
Microphones 2 x Sennheiser E935 on vocals. 1 x Sennheiser E609 on the guitar cab & Beyerdynamic TG Drum Mics.

Simple but very effective setup.

Another weekend of awesome live music, inclement weather and late nights , but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Saturday we were asked to provide Audio & Lighting for an outdoor event featuring a local band who were playing their first show. However, from the first note to the last, that was hard to believe. For the 1st set, we were treated to back to back AC/DC classics from both Bon Scott & Brian Johnson eras.
The 2nd set was a tribute to Guns & Roses, again with back to back GNR classics.
Neither band are easy to replicate but they made it look so easy.

Sunday had us back indoors where the room was dry and the air-con kept us cool.
Hutton Rudby Artswas the venue and we were asked to provide Audio Services for Merry Hell. A fantastic evening from start to finish with the band being truly on form with some great folk singalongs.

A truly memorable weekend at Mighty Dub Fest was had by one and all.
A bit of wind & rain to start the proceedings but nothing can deter the hardcore and the dedicated who were eventually rewarded with some glorious sunshine.

We had the absolute pleasure of providing the sound and lighting on the main stage for a total of 16 acts across the 3 days, and we loved every minute. From solo performers to full bands playing a bit of everything including singer songwriter, folk, folk rock, hard rock and punk, pop funk and disco, ska, Irish, mod, cheese, 80’s pop, indie and finishing off with some bluegrass. Phew.

So, congratulations to the hardworking team who put on the show and installed all the required infrastructure. Hats off to all the stall holders, workshop artists, security, caterers and bar staff. The food was delicious, the coffee was hot, the beer was cold and the toilets were spotless.

Most importantly, the atmosphere was simply electric and that was down to the fantastic crowd!

Now let’s hear it one more time for the main stage bands and artists.

After a weekend off to move house, we’ve headed north to a very windy Northumberland for Mighty Dub Fest. The stage is set and we’re waiting for the fun to begin.
