Rob Cope, adventurous saxophonist and award-nominated host of The Jazz Podcast, presents his powerful new album Phoenix, released June 12th, 2026, on Adhyaropa Records.

For the first time recorded with a classic quartet—piano, bass, drums and saxophone—Phoenix explores strong melodies and vibrant grooves.

Inspired by the modern-day large timba orchestras of Havana, Eliane Correa’s Cuban Septet brings a high-octane mix of Cuban classics, contemporary Cuban repertoire and some small-format adaptations of Eliane’s original pieces for her supergroup La Evolución. Cuban music goes much further than the sound of Buena Vista Social Club: prepare to be transported by the modern, grooving, passionate and unapologetically complex sound of the younger generations of the Cuban diaspora.
