Haven’t posted in a while. Soz. Been busy finishing up my first special.

However I needed to post this.

Today I’m 12 years sober.

I hate emotions and vulnerability but actually my sobriety was one of the first places I learnt to feel good about myself and proud of myself. And it’s not to be taken for granted. It’s hard won. And to be shared.

Sobriety is a brittle mother fker. And not everyone makes it. No joke

If you’ve fallen off the wagon today. Tomorrow is a new day.

If someone you love is struggling and you’re scared. I’ve seen fu***ng miracles.

I could not control myself around alcohol.
One sip of wine would tear round my body like a rageful craving that I was unable to defend, control or fight against.

And today I’m 12 years sober.

That’s my friends is un fu***ng believable

Keep it in the day team.
