➡️ Swipe to see you should license LOVE SOMEBODY NOW. ❤️

With a score from award-winning composer Andrew Lippa (THE ADDAMS FAMILY, BIG FISH), LOVE SOMEBODY NOW features original songs combined with existing songs from eight of his most beloved shows woven into a new, original, sung-through, dialogue-free, dramatically staged story by Nathan Brewer and Matthew Webster.

This new musical tells a story about the full arc of love over many years—not just the initial attraction, but the risk, the commitment, and the hope of moving forward each day.

TRW is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Jones Hope Wooten playwright and actress Jessie Jones. 💔

We extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family, friends, and writing partners Jamie Wooten and the late Nicholas Hope. Jessie's warmth, humor, and extraordinary talent brought joy to audiences across the country and around the world. As one-third of the beloved Jones Hope Wooten Comedies writing trio, she helped create some of the most widely produced comedies in American theatre, including BUDDY BRO BUBBA DUDE, HONEY SUGAR LADY DOLL, LICKETY SPLIT, and SITTING DUCKS. Her plays have been performed tens of thousands of times on stages in all 50 states and over 25 countries. We are honored to have had the privilege of working with Jessie and celebrating her incredible body of work. She will be greatly missed.

This , we're shining the TRW spotlight on one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary theatre — Liz Duffy Adams. ✨

Her play THE SALONNIÈRES is the show to start with. Following its world premiere at Greater Boston Stage Company in 2018, this dramatic comedy is now available for licensing through TRW.

In pre-Revolutionary Paris, a young woman flees an arranged marriage to the salon of her late mother's friends — aristocratic women who conceal radical politics within reinvented folk tales. When her promised husband shows up, the women must use their wits to save her. But in the end, it's the maid who is revealed as the real hero of a story they didn't realize they were in.

✒️ "THE SALONNIÈRES smartly delivers wit with a FEMINIST TWIST." —The Theater Mirror
✒️ "A witty, clever and stylish piece... pleasing the THEATRICAL PALETTE in so many ways." —OnBostonStages

If you love THE SALONNIÈRES, there's so much more to explore. TRW is proud to also license Liz Duffy Adams' BORN WITH TEETH, THE BROKEN MACHINE, WET, and WITCH HUNT — a body of work as bold and varied as any in our catalogue.

What better way to celebrate than with a story that has inspired generations of women since 1868? Bravo to Magenta Theater for their production of LITTLE WOMEN! 📖🎶

Based on Louisa May Alcott's beloved 19th-century novel, this all-new musical vividly brings to life the story of the March family as they grow from girls into women through romance, courtship, loving, and letting go.

With a moving, Richard Rodgers Award-winning score and a wise, witty book, this is LITTLE WOMEN like none you've ever seen or heard before. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this timeless story of womanhood to the stage. 🎭✨

Celebrate with a woman who refused to be erased. 🎨

At the height of the Italian Renaissance, Artemisia Gentileschi dreamed of immortality — of changing humanity's very image. She wanted to become one of the truly great painters, a maestro. And she was willing to fight to get there.

THE LIGHT AND THE DARK by Kate Hamill tells the extraordinary true story of the most successful female artist of her era — a bold, deep-thinking examination of art's ability to transcend trauma, the power of the feminist gaze, and the transformative power of female rage in reshaping societal paradigms.

✨ "We are instantly as one with Hamill and the world of Artemisia Gentileschi... Exemplary. Strong words. Strong performance. Strong play." — New York Stage Review

This , we're celebrating the women playwrights who are shaping the future of theatre with powerfully pertinent stories. 🎭

Arlene Hutton's BLOOD OF THE LAMB puts two women centre stage in a searing drama about choices — the ones taken from us, the ones we can still make, and laws that will decide both their futures.
