During extreme weather conditions we are sorry to announce that our furry friends may not always be available! for your events, if this is the case we always provide you with a voucher that covers the cost of their appearance for a future date, we love our characters very much and we want to make sure they are safe and not overheating in this weather! Whilst for you and I it might reach 30°c this weekend, for our furry friends it's in the range of 40-45°c inside their fluffy bodies and so it's unsafe for them to meet you all,
