We all face our own inner demons...
It's ok to be vulnerable
Its ok to breakdown
Its ok to cry
It's ok to rant at others that care for you..
Don't be alone in your headspace if it feels a bit confused....

I'm getting better at expressing my feels and yes I have cried in the past 24hrs, I probably will again, but I will remain strong for myself and to motivate you all too...if I can help you it will help me too💕💕

Listening to my body is sometimes impossible for me to accept 😌
Being creative, moving and expressing helps calm my sh*tty thoughts in my mind.
