Who’s spotted our new autumnal window? We’ve used some fantastic Halloween panels that we have here to make a quilt and a trick or treat bag. Our wonderful Carol created the wolf book and toad which she has kindly lent us for our display and Ashleigh created the embroidery in hoops for us to borrow.

A very fitting feature Friday today as our yarn sale ends tomorrow. Gill has made the most beautiful cardigans for her granddaughter using Stylecraft Special DK. She’s really happy with how they’ve turned out! Gill, they are absolutely adorable and we reckon your granddaughter will look wonderful in them! Such an incredibly pretty dress sent in by one of our customers. They used Yoshino floral fabric which is 85% cotton and 15% linen. They told us they had a browse on our website before coming in to confirm their fabric choice. She had a little fabric left over so she hopes to make a matching bag too.

This is such a stunning dress, perfect fabric and beautifully made. Thank you so much for sharing it with us, we love it so much!

There are some fantastic knitting and crochet classes coming up with one THIS Saturday 3/10/26 1.30pm - 4.30pm which has some spaces still available. The session with Diane is learn to knit, beginner and is £22 per person. It’s a great opportunity to make use of our yarn sale too! You can book online via our classes page. There is a fabulous crochet along happening and we are thrilled to have a small selection of the joyful colourway kits available. The twelve days of Christmas CAL by will have 6 pattern instalments each revealing new motifs and techniques. The kit includes the 17 shades needed, stitch markers and a woven label for your finished project. Part 1 of the pattern is released on October 20th.

We only have 10 of these ready made kits available and we have our yarn sale on at the moment too so don’t hang about. We cannot wait to see you take part in this and see the finished product.
