a legend in his own right who needs little introduction, D.j. Maaco lands at nt’s loft on the 20th of november.

DJ Maaco’s sets reflect the sound of the city that laid the foundations of electronic music, with a finely tuned blend of techno and electro, stripped back drum machine funk, acid lines and the relentless low end which has defined detroit’s sound from the start.

following a fantastic debut set at loft at the MiNNA residency, it was only right to invite LEV back for an all night long.

LEV has become one of london’s most trusted names for mixing a range of sounds on the dancefloor. With a prioritisation of soul, groove and rhythm, her well-dug selections move with considered fluidity across her sets, encompassing house, soul, latin and funk-tinged tracks.

on the 6th of November, nt’s loft’s doors open for an evening of warm, sun-soaked house music, as sunflwr and dj poolboi come together for a night that drifts easily between the dance floor and something more intimate and reflective.

sunflwr crafts house music with a bright, funky, deeply emotive touch, made for lighting up a crowded or soundtracking a late night drive, whilst balancing callbacks to the lo-fi house era and forward looking momentum.

alongside him, austin’s dj poolboi brings his own blend of melancholy and elation, weaving melody and textures in equal measure into instrumental house music, creating a sound which is undeniably his own.

for 25 years, Jim Baron has quietly shaped the british musical landscape as a founding member of Crazy P, and as DJ alias Ron Basejam, transcending generations of music lovers to become a mainstay of electronic music.

as JIM, Baron steps away from those identities to reveal a different voice entirely. a sound labelled as balearic, folktronica and blue eyed soul, JIM’s last album Love Makes Magic was all of the above and more, firmly rooted in his musical world of electronic soul and no-nonsense positive energy that has made his work stand the test of time.

JIM brings The Curious Case of Existence Tour to the loft on the 15th of october, showcasing the new album, releasing 18 september.
