For the Boutique Château-Hotel at Saint-Magne-de-Castillon, the vision was to create more than a hotel - a distinctive destination built around the experience of enotourism in the Saint-Émilion region. The concept brings together elegant accommodation, a restaurant and kitchen, w**e boutique, conference facilities, exhibition spaces and landscaped surroundings creating a place where guests can experience the region through architecture, gastronomy and w**e.

VisEngine Digital Solutions was responsible for property marketing materials:

Our goal was to translate the architectural concept into a visual experience that communicates not only how the spaces look, but also how it feels to stay there. From refined hotel interiors to the atmosphere of the restaurant and the character of the château itself, every visual was designed to capture the balance between French heritage, contemporary hospitality and the unique identity of the w**e region.

The project is a great example of how 3D visualization can become more than a presentation tool - it can help communicate the story, atmosphere and future experience of a hospitality destination before it exists.

For The Gables, we developed:
• 15 photorealistic interior 3D visualizations: showcasing different interior design concepts and giving buyers a clear sense of the possibilities for each space.
• 3D flythrough animation: taking viewers on a visual journey through the home and communicating the layout, atmosphere, and flow of the interiors.
