Come along with us for a little behind-the-scenes look at our day at Barclays in Canary Wharf! 🏙️

Myself & Leah had SO much fun bringing The Glitter Braid Bar to this amazing corporate event, styling guests and adding plenty of sparkle to the day ✨

And the theme?! KPOP! 🎤💗 Which made it even more fun!

We absolutely love being part of corporate events like this, creating fun, interactive experiences for guests and bringing our signature braids, glitter & huntrix vibes to the occasion.

✨ Kinda chic to build your dream business from scratch ✨

What started around my dining room table, with a small dream and a whole lot of hope, has turned into more than we could ever have imagined. 🥹

From one mum with an idea to a team of 4 amazing stylists, being fully booked with the most gorgeous families, working with incredible corporate clients, and now being finalists for Best Mobile Business of the Year 2026. 🤍

It’s honestly surreal to look at how far The Glitter Braid Bar has come.

We pride ourselves on being professional, kind and reliable, but most importantly, we’re here to bring a little sparkle to those special moments and memories that people keep forever. ✨

What a privilege it is to be part of so many celebrations, parties, events and milestones, and showing our own children that ANYTHING is possible 💖

And I’m so, so grateful. 🤍

Mum life, a full-time job, and growing The Glitter Braid Bar, it’s a lot, and yeah… some days the imposter syndrome is LOUD.

But we show up anyway. We keep building anyway.

Through the chaos, the long days, the laughs, the tears and a whole lot of glitter… this is something I’m truly proud of 💖

And honestly, it never gets old seeing how much it means to them.

At the Glitter Braid Bar, it’s not just about the hair.
It’s that moment they see themselves in the mirror, the confidence, the excitement, the feeling of being really celebrated 💫

Every look is created with our handmade reusable braids, plus all the extras, glitter, bows, face gems and goody bags, so each child feels part of the magic ✨
