🌑 **THE MAGICAL STONE**
🔥 **PART 1: THE DISCOVERY** 🔥

**He was only a poor village boy… until he found a stone that could turn anything into GOLD. 🪨✨**

But there was one problem...

**Someone was watching him. 👀**

---

In a small village hidden between green mountains ⛰️ ⛰️ lived a fifteen-year-old boy 👦 named **Kito**.

Kito wasn't rich.

His clothes 🩳👖 were old. His shoes👟 were almost completely worn out, and his small house 🏠 had a leaking iron roof.

But Kito had something more valuable than money.

He had a good heart.

He lived with his mother, Mama Asha.

His father had disappeared many years ago, leaving behind nothing except unanswered questions.

Whenever Kito asked about him, his mother would become quiet.

“Where is my father?”

“One day, Kito,” she would say, “you will understand.”

Those words always troubled him.

But life was difficult, and there was little time to think about the past.

Every morning before sunrise, Kito would take a rope and walk into the forest to collect firewood.

He sold the firewood in the village so that he and his mother could buy food.

One morning, before he left, his mother handed him the last piece of bread they had.

“Take it, my son.”

Kito looked at the bread.

Then he looked at his mother.

“Mum, you haven't eaten.”

She smiled.

“I already ate.”

Kito knew she was lying.

He broke the bread 🍞 in half and gave some back to her.

“We eat together.”

His mother looked at him with tears in her eyes.

“You have your father's heart.”

Kito froze.

“What do you mean?”

But his mother had already turned away.

“Go before it gets too late.”

Kito picked up his rope and left.

🌲 **DEEP INSIDE THE FOREST...**

That day, Kito walked farther into the forest than he had ever gone before.

The trees became taller.

The sunlight became weaker.

Even the sounds of birds seemed to disappear.

Kito suddenly stopped.

Something felt strange.

He looked behind him.

Nothing.

He continued walking.

Then he heard it.

**CRACK!**

Kito turned quickly.

A branch had broken somewhere behind him.

“Who's there?”

Silence.

He waited.

Nothing.

He continued.

A few minutes later, he reached an enormous old tree whose roots had grown above the ground.

As he collected firewood nearby, something caught his eye.

There was a faint golden glow coming from underneath the roots.

Kito slowly approached.

“What is that?”

He pushed away the soil.

Nothing.

He dug deeper.

His fingers touched something hard.

He pulled it out.

It was a **black stone**.

But this wasn't an ordinary stone.

Golden symbols covered its surface.

Kito stared at it.

Then...

🔥 **THE STONE STARTED GLOWING.**

The wind suddenly stopped.

The birds became silent.

The forest went completely quiet.

Kito's hands began shaking.

“What is happening?”

He dropped the stone.

It landed on a dry leaf.

The leaf slowly changed.

Brown...

became silver...

then...

**GOLD.**

Kito stared in disbelief.

He picked up a small piece of wood and touched it against the stone.

The wood immediately turned into gold.

Kito stepped backward.

His heart was racing.

“This is impossible.”

He looked at the stone again.

For the first time, Kito imagined a different life.

A real house.

Enough food.

Medicine for his mother.

A chance to return to school.

Maybe even a future where he never had to collect firewood again.

But then he remembered his mother's warning:

**“When something looks too good to be true, be careful.”**

Kito wrapped the stone in his shirt.

He decided to take it home.

But just as he turned around...

A man's voice came from somewhere behind the trees.

**“So... you finally found it.”**

Kito froze.

His heart almost stopped.

He slowly turned around.

Nobody was there.

“Who are you?”

Silence.

Then...

Kito saw a dark figure standing between two trees.

Watching him.

The figure disappeared.

Kito grabbed his firewood and ran.

He didn't look back.

---

🏠 **THAT EVENING...**

Kito finally reached home.

His mother was sitting outside preparing dinner.

“You're late,” she said.

Kito said nothing.

He was breathing heavily.

His mother immediately noticed something was wrong.

“Kito... what happened?”

Kito reached inside his shirt.

Slowly, he pulled out the black stone.

The moment Mama Asha saw it...

Her face completely changed.

The cooking spoon fell from her hand.

She stepped backward.

Her lips began trembling.

“Kito...”

“What is it, Mum?”

She stared at the stone as if she had seen a ghost.

Then she whispered:

**“Where did you find that?”**

“In the forest.”

His mother covered her mouth.

Tears filled her eyes.

Kito became even more confused.

“Mum, why are you crying?”

She looked toward the road.

Then toward the forest.

Then back at her son.

Finally, she whispered:

**“Because that stone is the reason your father disappeared.”**

😳 **TO BE CONTINUED...**
