🖤 The best moment in a set?

When the room stops being a crowd and becomes one.

Afro Tech creates that feeling like nothing else.

That’s why I play it. 🎧

Are you an Afro Tech or Afro House lover?

Can’t wait to be back this Saturday! 😎

Always a special feeling playing at one of my favorite places in Greece,

See you all there ✨

The first time I played at elite venues I was nervous. 😬
Not because of the music. I knew my music.
I was nervous because the room had a standard before I even touched the decks.

These crowds have heard everything. They don’t react to obvious tracks. They don’t forgive a rushed build. They feel when you’re not ready.

Here’s what I learned:
Your selection has to be precise. No fillers.
The energy is refined, not aggressive.
Read it slower. Patience wins.
These rooms reward the build. How you carry yourself behind the decks matters as much as what you play. But the fundamentals never change.

Read the room. Serve the crowd. Tell a story.

Elite venues don’t need a different DJ. They need the same DJ with more precision.

Let’s be honest guys!

Every promoter who considers booking you will check your Instagram before they reply. Not your follower count. Your content. Your identity. What kind of DJ you are before they’ve heard you play.

Here’s what they want to see: 📌Save this!
Your genre and vibe are clear from the first scroll.
You play real venues: tagged, visible, credible.
You have something to say: educational content builds trust.
You look the part: consistent, professional, real.

One question your profile should answer before anyone asks it:
“Why should I book this DJ?”

Treat every post like the promoter of your dream venue is reading it. Because one day they will be.

Greek sunsets + Afro House. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be. See you at , May 30th. 🌅🖤

Guys this happens more than people admit.

A DJ plays a good set. The crowd enjoyed it. The promoter seemed happy on the night. And then silence. Why?
⬇️
They were difficult to work with. Late to arrive. Unclear about tech needs. Hard to communicate with.

They spent the night on their phone between tracks instead of engaging with the room.

They talked negatively about the venue, the crowd or the sound system, even casually.

They haggled over the fee after agreeing to it.

They played their set, packed up immediately and left without acknowledging anyone.

The music is only part of what promoters book. They also book reliability, professionalism and good energy.

Over the last couple of months, I’ve been feeling more inspired and spending more time in the studio. This is the progress on my latest idea.
