Was so much fun making a glammy racket on Friday - and in my glammiest dress too! Thanks to the wonderful for asking me to play a DJ set at her album launch party. Think people were mostly having too much fun to get any video of me playing but there are a couple of tantalising clips here with notable appreciation from A’Bear herself. Thanks to Lyra Pramuk's wonderful NTS show, I came across this gorgeous song from Tunisia. Before understanding the lyrics my impresion was of a Baroque singer songwriter progressive synth sound that reminded me of Hounds of Love era Kate Bush, but watching the beautifully created video with subtitles on, lyrics translated, I came to understand the deep well of sadness this music comes from. I don't think I ever cried watching a music video before. Utterly sublime and heartbreaking in equal measure. Recommended artist - AND RECOMMEND WATCHING WITH SUBTITLES ON.

I was asked on IG, what's the glammiest track you're going to play at upcoming gig supporting A'Bear. An interesting question! So tough to call, there's a touch of glam all over my selections, but this track continues to steal my heart for neon dreaminess and sensual, decadent glamour. Warning - like many a remix, it starts out a bit naff and doesn't find itself until about a minute in, so I would advise skipping that part, like I do. Thank the stars for cue points! 🤩

I put my heart and soul into this one. It’s straight from my q***r heart and is an expression of my transfeminine joy and my struggles with acceptance and self-love, shifting between euphoric bliss and visceral dysphoric body consciousness. Bear with it, it starts gentle and atmospheric, but soon builds.

I have been playing around with the basic idea of this mix for a while and at last it’s in a shape that I am quite pleased with (but still striving to be better!). Some of the tracks in it were brand new when I first started assembling them and now they are not so new. But I hope you’ll agree there are some belters in there! All of the tracks are by artists I love and admire: afro rave rubs up to pop classics pushing the mainstream, colliding with underground power electronics by the likes of featuring and .ephemeronloop AKA

There are still a few minor details I would love to improve upon here but that is for the next one. I want you to hear me grow with every mix I share. I hope you have fun listening!
