Thee Black Swan is delighted to bring their live music show to The Cockpit - the perfect venue for this dramatic and full-on, brand new jazz / gospel opera.

Greek tragedy meets gospel opera in Thee Black Swan’s captivating new show Medea Gosperia.

Dramatic and provocative, this diverse, female-led production gels music and dance against a vibrant Caribbean backdrop breathing new life into Euripides’ classic tragedy.
Fusing the complexities of the female experience with the rich heritage of the Caribbean culture and featuring a Greek chorus and gospel choir, Medea Gosperia takes us on an epic, emotional journey you won’t want to miss.

This is a rollercoster ride of tense drama and emotions run high.

The music is live and includes classical, lovers rock and jazz singers accompanied by a live band.

Shows are: Tuesday 2 to Saturday 20 July
Tuesdays to Saturdays - 7:30pm. Sundays - 5:00pm
