Hopkins Academy is an Irish dance school based in south London that aims to develop childrens concentration, self-belief, confidence and technical ability in dance. Classes are well structured, created in a fun but challenging learning environment that encourages children to progress towards their potential as performers. All dancers will have the opportunity to take part in an annual showcase as

well as get a taste of competition in a fun and supportive environment. The Hopkins Academy is registered with An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha (the Irish dancing Commission) in Dublin, Ireland

Your strength and resilience never fail to amaze us. After facing not just one, but multiple injuries, you’ve come back every single time with determination - straight back into your dancing and competitions without hesitation. That takes real courage.

And to then go on and achieve 12th in the World 🌍✨ is just incredible. You danced with such poise and elegance, completely owning your moment on that stage.

Always the same smiling, hardworking, and dedicated dancer - your consistency and commitment never go unnoticed. You show up, you put the work in, and you do it all with such a genuine love for dancing.

Not only that, but you are one of the most sociable and supportive girls, bringing such a great energy to every competition and class 💛

OUR WORLD CHAMPION - AMBER MURPHY 🏆🥹💚

This one means so much.

To have watched you navigate your way through illness, and still show up to class with the same commitment and quiet determination never ever went unnoticed.

After stepping away from competition, you could have left it there - but you didn’t. You came back, committed, gave it your all, and we are so incredibly glad you did. To watch you grow and develop as a dancer has been truly wonderful. 🥲

You are such a huge part of our school. The way you give your time to support and teach the younger students, and the way they absolutely adore you, says everything about who you are.

This achievement is not just about the title, it’s about everything behind it. And it couldn’t have happened to a more deserving person.

We are so unbelievably proud of you, Amber. Enjoy your much earned celebrations ✨
