Always interested in new streaming services that are coming out in higher bit rate formats as quality is what we do. Did a quick video checking out which is the new service from Jay-Z and other artists released yesterday. This is a bit technical but interesting to see the service does nothing to manipulate the volume of the record.

So we took Tidal for a spin and did some measuring to see if there was any loudness limiting and volume levelling. There wasn't.
